Ukrainian problems with US intelligence and the Starshield system

President Volodymyr Zelenski stated that the partners (in guessed U.S.) did not notify Ukraine of Russian attacks utilizing ballistic missiles on Kiev on the evening of October 12 and then on the evening of October 13. Speaking of the second one, he emphasized that the Kiev TEC-4 power station and the damaged residential building were hit. The Ukrainian Air Force Command besides reported a deficiency of information from partners about rocket launch from aggressor territory on the evening of October 13.
