Ukrainian MiGi-29 with fresh weapons

MiG-29 has very modest capabilities to carry weapons, and for this reason its usage during the war in Ukraine was limited to carrying air-to-air missiles of short and average range, which are much lighter than air-to-ground weapons. Theoretically, these aircraft could besides carry unguided rocket tanks and up to six 665 kg bombs each. However, given the anticipation of defending an anti-aircraft enemy of this kind, utilizing Ukrainian MiGs would be pure suicide.
