Ukrainian "conference" progresses

The end of winter and the beginning of spring bring clear, though inactive local successes on the front. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting counter-offensive actions which have allowed not only to improve their tactical position, but besides to force Russia to shift reserves and respond to fresh threats.
