On 10 July 2025, the Council of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution improving the "Army of Drons. Bonus" programme, launched on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Affairs in August 2024 and operating earlier on the basis of the State peculiar Communications Service. This is simply a circumstantial strategy of motivation and collection of bonus points (so-called e-points) for drone military units for verified demolition of enemy targets.
