Shamotula police Stop A 23-year-old "war refugee" from Ukraine, who committed a number of violations of law – from hotel fraud, to persistent harassment of an employee, to attempted extortion of credit.
The Ukrainian mocked Polish law. Between 12 and 15 September this year, Shamotul police received respective reports related to a citizen of Ukraine in the city. The first was about misdemeanor – the man took advantage of accommodation in the hotel without the intention of settling charges. Subsequent reports referred to the persistent harassment of 1 of the hotel's employees – a 23-year-old was expected to ask for a woman, invade her while working and effort to get her individual information.
During 1 of the interventions, it was reported that a man had a weapon on him. It turned out to be an ASG replica that does not require permission. It is unclear why specified items were needed “war refugees”. Additionally, police officers were investigating a credit fraud case in which the fishy besides turned out to be the same foreigner.
Based on the evidence collected, on 18 September this year, a 23-year-old was detained and interrogated and subsequently heard charges. Due to non-compliance with Polish law and many reports from afraid residents, police conducted a procedure to check the validity of the decision to oblige the foreigner to return. After checking the legality of the stay and examining all activities, it was established that male behaviour poses a real threat to safety and public order.
The Police territory Commandant in Szamotuły addressed a request to the Border defender Commandant to make a decision to oblige the Turk to leave Poland. The Border defender took over the man and, after the decision, he was escorted to the services of his country. Unfortunately, due to age, it is improbable that it will scope the front besides soon, unless the Kiev authorities again reduce the age of the draft. Men aged 25+ are presently being mobilised.
