Ukrainians will not replace Russians, but the erstwhile consulate building will service foreigners

The Wielkopolska Voivodship Office will take over the building of the erstwhile Russian consulate in Poznań. It will service to handle civic affairs, including foreigners, the majority of whom are citizens of Ukraine.
