Ukrainians protest "after cutting off social benefits"? What kind of march is this?

There is simply a recording circulating on the Polish web with the message that the Dutch authorities have abolished social assistance for Ukrainians. This was expected to provoke protests by Ukrainian refugees on the streets of the Netherlands. However, this message has small to do with the truth.
