Ukrainian Attacks Severely Cut Russian Refinery Productivity

Ukrainian shelling of refineries in Russia may have disrupted about 15 percent of the plant's production capacity, Reuters reported on Thursday, citing a NATO authoritative who asked to stay anonymous. Reuters previously estimated that about 14 percent of the refinery's capacity was shut down after the shelling.
