Ukraine without a licence for Patriot missiles. Poland inactive has a chance

President Donald Trump has said straight that Ukraine has not and most likely will not have approval to produce missiles for the Patriots. However, this does not close the way for Poland to produce these missiles, but they will surely not be the coveted PAC-3 MSE.
