Ukraine will regain the initiative in the war, through Russia's deficiency of reserve forces?

Ukraine may regain the initiative in the war with Russia in 2023 by exploiting the deficiency of decently prepared reserve forces on the side of the enemy, but the condition for this to happen is the fast transfer of military support to Kiev by Western allies, according to the American Institute for the survey of War (ISW) in a fresh report.
