Ukraine proposes changes to IAEA Statute

As Sybiha stressed, the current IAEA Statute does not supply for an adequate consequence to situations in which a associate State knowingly and deliberately undermines the conditions for the safe and liable usage of atomic energy, while continuing to exercise full decision-making rights within the Agency's structures.
