Ukraine or Russia — who “won” the NATO Summit in Vilnius?

As 1 might have assumed, the provisions of the NATO Summit in Vilnius expressed in authoritative communications (formulated long before the event itself) caused large media controversy, especially in terms of the debate about the current image of NATO-Ukraine relations. Thus, it is worth asking whether calling the summit in the Wilno summit a “catastrophe”, “failure” or “fiasco”, as observers have frequently said, is entitled.
