NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte sidestepped questions about Ukraine's possible membership in the military alliance, saying the precedence now must be to strengthen the country's position in future peace talks with Russia by sending it more weapons, AP reports. Ukrainian authorities have been increasingly vocal in fresh days about joining the alliance despite the ongoing war with Russia.
