NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte bypassed questions about Ukraine's possible membership of the military alliance, stating that the precedence must now be to strengthen the country's position in future peace talks with Russia by sending her more weapons, says the AP agency. Ukraine's authorities have late been calling for membership in the Alliance despite the ongoing war with Russia.
