Ukraine in historical U.S. rocket contract

Raytheon Missiles & defence has received a $1.15 billion contract from the US Air Force for the supply of AMRAAM (Advanced average scope Air-to-Air Missiles). In addition to aviation and the US Navy, the order for the fresh AMRAAM missiles besides applies to 18 export countries, including Ukraine. This is, by the way, the largest contract for AMRAAM missiles always awarded.
