Ukraine creates Long scope Strike Command and Joint fast Reaction Force

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees establishing 2 fresh structures in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: the Long scope Strike Command and the Joint fast Reaction Force. The changes are intended to increase the effectiveness of offensive operations and improve the velocity of consequence to the situation at the front.
