Ukraine approves economical alliance with US. Parliament ratifies natural materials agreement

The Ukrainian parliament has almost unanimously ratified an agreement with the United States to establish a joint Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine. Ukraine will pay its contribution to the fund with future revenues from the exploitation of fresh deposits of critical natural materials.
