The war in Ukraine, which has been going on for almost a year, has been a powerful origin of cognition for analysts about the modern armed conflict, and has been, according to some, a determinant of the change in the battlefield. Referring to the explanation of the information era war R. Leonhard, the application of the rule of mass (the rule of concentration of effort) was discussed[in the erstwhile part](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/Ukraine-2022-return-to-passchendaele-do-first-war-ery-information-czi-opinion). The struggles in Ukraine full show that despite the emergence of examples of an innovative approach to the application of this rule and concentration of capabilities, we proceed to observe the classical pursuit of concentration of resources, as demonstrated by fresh fighting in the Bachmut area.
