Ukrainians inactive usage Toczek-U. Where did they get the missiles?

A fewer days ago, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported the interception of a short-range ballistic rocket from the Toczka-U strategy over the Belgorodz Oblast in the early morning hours. Does this mean that the Armed Forces of Ukraine inactive have missiles for these launchers?
