Ukraine builds AI Factory

[In a Communication published by the Ministry](https://thedigital.gov.ua/news/mintsifra-rozvivatime-infrastructure-dlya-vprovadzhennya-shi-v-derzhavni-servisi-pratsyuemo-nad-ai-factory) has been informed of the start of work on the task to make modern, national infrastructure based on artificial intelligence - AI Factory. Ultimately, the mill will primarily support public administration utilizing models developed by WINWIN AI Center of Excellence.
