Ukraine closes the embassy in Cuba. 2 Reasons

Ukraine has decided to close the embassy in Cuba - the chief of Ukrainian diplomacy Andrii Sybiha passed. He explained that the reason was that Havana supported Russia's war against Ukraine and "the inaction of Cuba's authorities against the mass recruitment of its citizens into the Russian business army".
