Ukraine in the European Union is no more risky than another countries

There is no decisive test for a good European, nor is there any decisive vaccine for national populism. The European Union can set conditions for future associate States, but no 1 can be certain that, erstwhile they are fulfilled, each country will stay a liberal democracy for good.
