Ukraine passed a revisionist law against Poland

Ukrainian parliament, in a typical Turkish way, decided revenge for a Polish resolution declaring the murders of Poles from Volyn as genocide. Yesterday on 16 July this year, he considered that people deported from Poland by the decision of Józef Stalin from 1944 to 1951 were victims of Polish cultural cleansing. The fresh law ensures that these persons and their household members receive compensation from the State in the form of one-off material aid.

Ukraine passed a revisionist bill in relation to Poland. The fresh law amends the 2014 law on the rights of persons deported for cultural reasons. It added that the definition of cultural cleansing besides applies to people who were displaced from Poland, with the so-called. "Ukrainian cultural lands", on the basis of global agreements of the USSR and the USSR with Poland in 1944-51.

The erstwhile version of the Act indicates that Ukraine considers the deportations made on the basis of the decision of the then authorities of the USSR and the republics to be ‘illegal and criminal’. Now this passage has been completed and it besides lists decisions taken on the basis of agreements of the global empire of Stalin with its vassal Poland.

The Act states that it concerns "people who were forcibly displaced as persons of Ukrainian cultural origin from 1944 to 51", and that these resettlements were accompanied by the taking of assets and the limitation of political, social, economical and cultural rights. At the same time, the paper did not indicate that at the same time and on the basis of the same agreements between Stalin Warsaw and Kiev, Poles were displaced from theEdge. Poles who were usually much richer than Ukrainians.

In both cases, communist propaganda called these activities “repatriation”, that is, return to homeland.

On the occasion of the amendments to the Act, there were vague announcements that the amounts of compensation should be enforced in any form from the III Polish Republic.

The adoption of this Act is simply a revisionist and confrontational nature in relation to Poland. It shows that despite the tremendous aid that the Warsaw governments have given Ukraine, it inactive treats us as its main – alongside Russia – enemy. The Polish Ministry of abroad Affairs did not comment on this issue.

Let us remind: On September 9, 1944, the puppet government of PKWN signed a civilian exchange agreement with the government of the Ukrainian Socialist Republic of russian Republic providing for the anticipation of voluntary departure from Poland of Ukrainian people. These trips were not always voluntary, especially in relation to Poles surviving in Kresy. By 1951, about 0.5 million Ukrainians, Lemkos and Boyks left for Ukraine. any of them decided to leave due to the panic of UPA, which was much smaller on the russian side of the border.

We besides recommend: Sikorski reported bishops. It's about mass immigration criticism.
