Ukraine loses MiGi-29. I don't want to pay for another one

Ukraine's Armed Forces have lost at least 2 MiG-29 fighters in the last fewer days. 1 was shot down and the another was destroyed on the ground. At the same time, Kiev does not want to pass on to Poland the technologies that were to be delivered in exchange for another batch of MiG-29 fighters, nor to bear the cost of any modernisation of these machines.
