A fresh Ukrainian Minister of Defence addressed the appeal Mikhaylovich Fiodorov while talking to his German counterpart Boris Pistorius – as he writes [author of the German Aid To Ukraine blog](https://deaidua.org/news/2026/01/22/ukraine-seeks-special-artillery-ammunition-from-germany/). These actions are intended to be a key aid which Germany could supply for Ukraine and thus enable it to fight the Russians effectively. Minister Fiodorov stressed the function of long-range artillery ammunition, especially in the alleged "dragon-dominated firing zone".
