Ukraine signed with Germany the first always memorandum on the exchange of defence data. The agreement, concluded with the participation of defence ministers and leaders of both states, involves the implementation of joint projects covering both the analysis of German weapons systems and the provision of Ukrainian combat data for the improvement of artificial intelligence. The paper fits into Kiev's broader strategy.
