Ukraine hit Russian refineries harder?

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski points to the request to intensify Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil installations. During a fresh gathering with journalists in Kiev, president Zelenski signaled his desire to proceed attacking Russian oil production and distribution facilities. According to information provided by the BBC, so far Ukraine has attacked 21 of the 38 large refineries in Russia.
