Ukraine and the West meet in Geneva. Peace talks have begun

The Ukrainian delegation began a series of talks in Geneva about a peace plan for Ukraine with advisers from France, Germany and large Britain. The head of the office of the president of Ukraine, Andrij Jermak speaks of a constructive attitude, and there are besides US envoys in the city.
