Every year at the turn of September and October, the tiny Ukrainian town of Uman turns into the center of the spiritual planet of Hasidics. Thousands of ultraorthodox Jews come here to celebrate the judaic fresh Year at the grave of the Cadik Nachman of Bracław. This year, however, the pilgrimage became a immense question mark. Ukraine announced the enforcement of the convention ban, and Moldova presents a bill of millions.
