UKE will be able to block services less? Amendments to the Government Project

The regulation of the right of UKE to interfere in web platforms' decisions on the closure of websites, as well as the abolition of the immediate enforceability of decisions of the office to block alleged criminal content – specified amendments according to the Deputy Digitization Minister Dariusz Standerski, may introduce the legislature to the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
