The Americans are preparing a successor to the MQ-9 Reaper drones whose fleet has late been heavy destroyed in the mediate East. General Atomics has revealed that it is developing a Wildfire drone that is expected to have respective 1000 kilometres of range, to carry respective LRASM antiship missiles and operate in swarms. “This is simply a real beast,” says the producer’s spokesman.
