Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego signed a warrant agreement with the European Commission, which opens a fresh phase of financing investment in Ukraine. The agreement concluded on 30 March is part of the Ukrainian Facility programme and assumes that EUR 175 million of guarantees will be provided to let preferential loans to be granted, inter alia, in the energy, transport and production sectors.
