This is not just a technological task – it is simply a strategical investment in the future of European security. The Union openly admits that Ukraine, which has been at war since 2022, has built a unique ecosystem of innovation that not only survived but flourished in utmost conditions. The Ukrainian defence sector increased production as much as 35 times, and many of the developed solutions – from anti-drone systems to autonomous combat technologies – found direct usage on the battlefield. Now these experiences are intended to strengthen the European technological thought and contribute to the construction of a more flexible, modern military base throughout the Union.
