Will it work or not? Ministry of Digital Affairs wants equal taxation of digital services in Poland

The Ministry of Digital Affairs has submitted an application for inclusion in the list of legislative work of the draft taxation bill compensating for certain services. The nonsubjective is equal taxation of gross generated from digital services on the Polish market.
