U.S. Won't Reduce Presence in Pacific

“If China, through aggressive maneuvers at sea and in the air, wants to convey to us that the U.S. presence in the Pacific is unwelcome and that it should be reduced, then I can say that this will not happen,” U.S. National safety Council spokesperson John Kirby said Monday.
