U.S. threatens sanctions for acquisition of Russian fighter jets

As Robert Pallodino said, the US is afraid about the acquisition of Russian military equipment, including Su-57 fighters. According to him, Washington may decide to usage the Act on Countering America's Enemies through the alleged CAATSA sanctions. It is simply a law that allows the imposition of harsh economical sanctions on the state for, for m.in, arms purchases in countries considered by the US to be "unfriendly". These words were spoken during a proceeding before the legislature abroad Affairs Committee.
