The US has waived Russian oil sanctions. The Kremlin speaks of "the inevitable"

It seems that the Kremlin – struggling with economical difficulties – will gain any breath. The United States temporarily excluded the sale of Russian oil and petroleum products that were loaded on ships before 12 March. An appropriate licence was issued by the abroad Asset Control Office at the U.S. Treasury Department (OFAC). The licence will apply for a period – until 12 April.
