U.S. Approval to Turkish Upgrade of F-16 Fighting Falcon Aircraft

On April 17, the U.S. State Department announced it had issued approval for the possible sale of equipment and software packages to Turkey needed to upgrade parts of Lockheed Martin F-16C/D Fighting Falcon multirole combat aircraft.
