U.N. safety Council to discuss rocket issues from North Korea

The U.N. safety Council decided to convene a gathering for Friday to discuss how to proceed in the event of a continued ballistic rocket launch by North Korea in defiance of erstwhile council resolutions, a diplomatic origin acquainted with Kyodo agency said.
