The Warsaw territory Court dismissed the suit against erstwhile president Andrzej Duda. The case afraid his loud words about the movie “Green Border” by Agnieszka Holland erstwhile he recalled the business slogan “Only pigs sit in the cinema”.

The suit was filed by the president of the Leftist Monitoring Centre for Racist and Xenophobic Behaviours, Konrad Dulkowski. It was about Andrzej Dude's interview for TVP Info from September 2023.

The then president, commenting on the lying anti-Polish movie about the crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border, stated that It is not amazing to the Border defender officers who usage the slogan "only pigs sit in the cinema" towards viewers. He argued that the movie had a negative depiction of uniforms, comparing it to propaganda from the Nazi occupation.

The Warsaw territory Court dismissed the lawsuit. In the justification for the judgment, justice Agnieszka Onichimowska stressed that a individual belonging to a group (in this case the viewers of the film) can only request protection of individual property if the message clearly refers to it. The court found that the words of Andrzej Duda were not directed in a noticeable way to Konrad Dulkowski, and so the request for apology is unfounded.

During the trial, the plaintiff's lawyer argued that the President's words, spoken on public television, have the power to form public opinion and citizens have the right to respect from the authorities. In turn, Andrzej Duda's defender claimed to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the complainant did not show what peculiar individual goods were to be violated, and the suit itself called the component of Dulkowski's "political activity".

The president of the OMZRiK demanded that the erstwhile president print an apology on the TVP Info website and pay PLN 500 to the Foundation "Salvation".
