Only a 4th of Israel's detainees in Gaza are militants

Israel holds about 6,000 Palestinians captured in the Gaza Strip and suspected of being active in terrorism. However, only 1 in 4 people from this group are included in the Israeli intelligence registry describing known militants of terrorist organizations - the Guardian reported on Thursday.
