In his opinion, in the last 2 years "the trade in Polish visas has been cut". "We have secured Polish borders, have unlocked funds for the national reconstruction plan from the European Union and have acquired fresh funds for the modernization of the Polish Army" - said Sikorski.
Deputy Prime Minister, Head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish He noted that the past 2 years was a time of decision that changed the military.
"The highest defence spending in history. Over 200 billion planned for 2026. We signed almost 200 contracts, and these aren't just numbers. These are helicopters, drones, combat vehicles, ammunition and modern equipment for soldiers. We have the first military satellite in orbit. We have chosen a supplier of fresh ships. All this strengthens our position and credibility in the region" - mentioned the head of the MON.
He added that the government supports the Polish arms industry, veterans affected by changes in law missions, and at the borders there are programs that increase real safety including the Tarcza East for at least PLN 10 billion. "We strengthen the alliance, especially with the United States, and we search a bigger defence budget in the European Union. Our plans are to further upgrade the army, make drone and medical troops. fresh abilities of artificial intelligence, social resilience through the 'In readiness' project" - said Kosiniak-Kamish.
