Is Anna Fotyga guilty?
On Tuesday, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and members of his government arrived in Poland for Polish-German consultations. After the meeting, Scholz and Tusk attended a press conference where Tusk stated that Poland had renounced the war reparations from Germany, and Scholz promised to aid the surviving victims of the 3rd Reich. These statements provoked outrage, and Tusk then tried to defend himself, blaming the Law and Justice, in peculiar erstwhile abroad Minister Anna Fotyga.
The Prime Minister wrote:
Pisowska Minister Fotyga signed a paper about Poland's resignation of the reparations, our government is making amends with Germany. Morawiecki wrote a taxation on diesel into KPO, we arranged for the Commission to remove it. Green Deal, migrants, Ukrainian grain – always the same.
He showed up and disappeared.
On the tvp.info.pl portal there was an unexpected entry criticizing Donald Tusk. It accused the Prime Minister of manipulating the reparation.

TVP.Info in her article stated that Tusk was misleading, speaking of Annie Fotyga, due to the fact that as head of the MFA she did not sign this document. The words about Poland's resignation were only in consequence to the parliamentary interpellation, in which Fotyga maintained the position of Marek Belka's government, while at the same time pointing out that there was discussion and raised doubts.
The entry on the X portal referring to the article was rapidly deleted. Then the article itself disappeared, which later returned to the site in a more favorable form for the Prime Minister.
The article, which was rapidly amended, will surely not make skeptics more convinced of fresh public media. These, although healed in theory, will proceed to appear as politic and not necessarily objective. The deficiency of ability to criticize the ruling coalition on TVP seems to be any kind of censorship and political opponents of KO can easy exploit this fact.
