TVP Info unexpectedly stopped broadcasting the signal around 11.00 p.m., both on terrestrial and online television. The station website is besides not running. alternatively of TVP Info, viewers now receive a TVP1 signal.
The station staff were urgently called to the office at Woronicza Street. Unofficial sources indicate that TVP Info is incapable to transmit the signal, even with transmission trucks. The Civic Platform announced:

The shutdown of the channel followed shortly after, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage published its message. We can read in it:
Minister of Culture and National Heritage as a body exercising the ownership rights of the Treasury, holding 100 percent shares in the Companies, operating under the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code, cancelled on 19 December 2023 the current Presidents of the Management Boards of Polish tv S.A., Polish Radio S.A. and Polish Press Agency S.A. and Supervisory Board. The Minister established fresh Supervisory Boards of the abovementioned Companies, which established fresh Boards of Companies.
