TVN24: The talker of the Sejm will sign the order for miles today. What will change?

The Marshal of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty is to sign present the order governing the principles of alleged parliamentary kilometres - the journalists "Black on White" TVN24 Grzegorz Łakomski and Rafał Stangreciak have unofficially established.
