The Court of Appeal in Warsaw confirmed the appropriateness of the imposition of a punishment by the president of the National Broadcasting Council on TVN. Teresa Brykczyńska, KRRiT's press spokesman, informs Virtualmedia.pl that it is about breaking “Facts” with advertising spots.
