The KRRiT informed on Monday that the Court of Appeal in Warsaw confirmed the appropriateness of imposing a fine of PLN 80 1000 by the president of KRRiT on TVN S.A. for interrupting the advertising of the "Facts" news service issued on 23 June 2023.
