The National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) said Monday that the Court of Appeals in Warsaw confirmed the legitimacy of a fine of PLN 80,000 imposed by the president of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) on TVN S.A. for interrupting the "Facts" news service broadcast on June 23, 2023 with advertising.
