TV Republic loses again in court. Editor guilty of defamation

The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście in Warsaw sentenced Michał Jelonek, a tv Republika employee, for speaking to lawyer General Anna Adamiak. According to "Rzeczpospolita", the fine is simply a fine of 120 regular units, with a regular rate of 30 PLN. The court besides decided to make the conviction public.
