TV Republika without a license? There is simply a court decision

The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw has overturned the decision of the National Broadcasting Council to grant concessions to tv Republika and wPolsce24 stations. The court found that the president of the Council had violated procedures and had failed to justify the selection of broadcasters. The verdict is not final, but it may affect the presence of these stations on the eighth multiplex.
