TV Republic without a license? It's the court's decision

The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw repealed KRRiT's decision to grant concessions to tv Republika and in Poland24. The Court considered that the president of the Council had breached the procedures and did not justify the choice of broadcasters. The conviction is not final, but it may affect the presence of these stations on the eighth multiplex.
