TV Republika's future in question. Court ruling outrages viewers

The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw has issued a verdict in the case of the National Broadcasting Council's decision to grant a licence for nationwide broadcasting in digital terrestrial tv to the stations wPolsce24 and tv Republika. Many fans of the stations will be disconsolate with the decision of the justice system. Criticism is already being heard from the PiS camp.
