Tusk played again by the European Union and Germans

We are stuffed with the seemingly hard opposition of the Tusk government and stories, as the coalition on 13 December heroically defends Polish farmers from putting a noose on their necks. Meanwhile, the German Chancellor plainly says that Tusk agreed.
